Hola/Hello! My name is Greg Gill, and I am an owner of Surf Cabarete Vacation Villa.

I am a US citizen, and also have residency in the Dominican Republic. My education, on the university level, was at Loyola College, in Montreal, Canada, where I also played intercollegiate basketball, prior to college, I am a graduate of Cardinal Farley Military Academy, in Rhinecliff, New York. Occupationally, I am a certified Building Inspector, Builder, and a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Many guests and vacationers ask me about buying and owning a home on this beautiful island of the Dominican Republic! When I came here, I thought owning would be a bit difficult; however, I have found that if you are well informed, it is quite easy to buy and own a home, to enjoy, to live in, and also for vacations and/or retirement, right here in the Dominican Republic.

Currently, I own and am also involved in another gated community here on the North Coast, of the Dominican Republic; where many vacationers will probably come to, and realize, that they can afford to own a new home, with pool, on a half acre of property, in a gated community, with no property taxes on an island in the Caribbean!

I have designed homes and will be designing other homes for owners in this community. The community is located on the North Coast of the island, 5 minutes to the beach, where the harbor is well known to travelers and boaters. We have designed a secure, private community, of 1/2 acre lots, with a community center, pool, and Tiki BBQ area for community owners. Styles of homes range from Southwestern design, to Country/Dominican/Tuscan villa styles.
